CSO Strengthening Project
Empowering civil society to demand and support children's rights fulfillment through capacity building, child agency, and civic space expansion.
About the Program
The goal of contributing to a strong civil society that demands and supports the fulfillment of children's rights involves holding states accountable and mobilizing and empowering children and their communities. This comprehensive program focuses on creating lasting change through systematic approaches to civil society development and child rights advocacy.
The project works to strengthen civil society organizations' capacity to effectively advocate for children's rights while simultaneously empowering children themselves to understand and claim their rights. Through strategic capacity building initiatives, the program enhances the ability of CSOs to monitor, report on, and influence policy decisions that affect children's wellbeing and development.
